<p>PURPOSE:To provide a new water-soluble compound having immunosuppressive activity, useful as a medicine for autoimmune diseases, or a medicine for the rejection to implanted organs. CONSTITUTION:The objective compound of formula I (R<1> and R<2> are such that at least one of them is basic group-contg. carbamoyl, the other being H or OH-protecting group), which can be obtained by reacting a compound of formula II (R<4>-R<6> are such that at least one of them is activated ester group, the other(s) being H or OH-protecting group) with a basic group-contg. amine followed by, if needed, deprotection of the OH-protecting group.</p> |
