<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative metal panel excellent in heat insulating properties, soundroof properties and cushioning properties, imparting no cold feeling and having high design effect. CONSTITUTION:Paste of a thermoplastic resin containing a foaming agent is applied to a base material sheet 4 composed a thermoplastic resin and gelled under heating to form a decorative sheet 3 which is, in turen, laminated on a metal base material 1 through an adhesive 2 to obtain a laminate. This laminate is foamed under heating to form a foamed resin layer. The printing of a pattern can be applied to the surface of the foamed resin layer and the surface or rear of the base material sheet 4 or a metal vapor deposition layer can be provided thereto.</p> |
