摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of vibration due to external fluid of tubes by a method wherein the title structural body is provided with a baffle plate having the shape of a circle, whose one part is notched, and a grid, constituted of the combination of a multitude of thin sheets, while the grid is constituted so as to have a shape, compensating the circle of the baffle plate. CONSTITUTION:A multi-tube type heat exchanger is constituted of a multitude of heat transfer tubes 1, whose both ends are connected to tube plates, and a plurality of baffle plates 21, supporting the middle parts of the heat transfer tubes 1. The baffle plate 21 is constituted of a flat plate, having the same diameter as the inner diameter of the cylinder 3 of the heat exchanger and provided with through holes having a diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the heat transfer tube 1 and arranged in accordance with the rows of the heat transfer tubes, and a notched part for securing the axial flow passages of external fluid of the tubes. In such a heat exchanger, heat transfer tube supporting grids 22, constituted of the combination of a multitude of thin sheets 23a, 23b, which are combined so as to have the shape of lattice, are provided while the heat transfer tubes 1, penetrated through the notched part of the baffle plate 21, are supported by the grids 22 whereby the vibration of the heat transfer tubes 1 can be prevented.
