MANUFACTURE OF SOLID-STATE ELECTROLYTE AND SOLID-STATE ELECTROLYTIC SECONDARY BATTERY

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the method of manufacturing a solid-state electrolytic secondary battery of excellent battery characteristics and the method of manufacturing a solid-state electrolyte used in the battery. CONSTITUTION:Ions each accelerated by an energy of not less than 1 keV and not more than 2 MeV are applied to a basic material for a solid-state electrolyte, which contains no electrolytic-ion. Thereafter, a solid-state electrolytic secondary battery is manufactured by doping the basic material with electrolytic ions to manufacture the solid-state electrolyte and then inserting the manufactured electrolyte between a positive electrode and a negative electrode in such a manner that the ion-applied face of the basic material may be brought into contact with each of the electrodes.
