<p>PURPOSE:To provide a deflection coil which can be prepared within a short time without coiling a coil conductor wire of the deflection coil unevenly or eccentrically and without forming a gap between layers of the coil conductor wire and provide a manufacturing method of the coil. CONSTITUTION:An insulating layer 4 and, a thermally plastic adhesive layer 20 having a lower softening point than a bobbin 2 are formed on the most outer layer of multicore parallel conductor wires coated with an insulating layer. The multicore parallel conductor wires 25 are coild on a coil-coiling groove 5 of the bobbin 2 in layers to give a saddle-like deflection coil and then electricity is applied to the multicore parallel conductor wires 25 to soften the thermally plastic adhesive layer 20 by heat generation by the electricity. Meanwhile, a pressing tool 18 is inserted in the coil-coiling groove 5 of the bobbin 2 to press the multicore parallel conductor wires 25 from upside and thus each layers of the multicore parallel conductor wires 25 are closely stuck each other and united.</p> |
