PURPOSE:To automate assembly and manufacture processes by feeding component materials in sequence to a case body, coupling the engagement holes of the materials to corresponding boss sections for assembly, and then crushing each of the boss sections for fastening the component materials. CONSTITUTION:When a grounding plate 9 is fed to a substrate 2, aligned with the predetermined position, each boss section 4 is coupled to a corresponding engagement hole 10, and an insertion aperture 11 is coupled to the upper end 6b of a holder section, thereby positioning the grounding plate 9 in approximately proper state. Furthermore, when a plug pin is inserted and fed to an insertion aperture 7 from the upper end 6b, a fitting tongue piece 12c comes in contact with the upper end 6b, and concurrently each boss section 8 formed on the upper end 6b is coupled to the engagement hole 13 of the tongue piece 12c, thereby realizing approximately proper positioning. While this state is being maintained, each of the boss sections 4 and 8 is cold or hot crushed, thereby assembling each component material into a case body 1 firmly and in pressed contact state. |
