PURPOSE:To produce a toner excellent in electrostatic charge characteristics, electrostatic charge stability (moisture resistance and environmental resistance) and metallic tone. CONSTITUTION:A domain resin 2, a colorant and a metallic material 4 are melted and kneaded. The resulting kneaded material, a matrix resin 1 having low miscibility with the domain resin 2 and an auxiliary dispersant 3 having miscibility with both the resins 1, 2 and a higher Izod impact value than that of the matrix resin 1 are melted and kneaded to obtain a colored compsn. and the objective toner is produced by pulverizing and classifying the colored compsn. |
