<p>PURPOSE:To extract the accurate data used by each medical institution in a short time based on the unit price of each medicine, the point of each diagnostic deed, etc., which are stored in a mother master. CONSTITUTION:The data are sampled out of a mother master and a point master is produced. In such a data extracting method, the control numbers necessary for the point master are successively inputted. At the same time, all digits are inputted for only the control numbers of the medicine, the diagnostic deed, etc., that are inputted at the head of those input control numbers. Meanwhile only the digit to be changed and its subsequent digits are extracted out of those control numbers inputted right before a relevant step in regard of the second medicine and diagnostic deed and their subsequent ones respectively.</p> |
