<p>An insert part is set on a bottom tool (10) and resin tablets are supplied to a pot (10a) to thereby perform resin molding. After the insert part is resin-molded in a press mechanism portion (A), the mold is opened and the bottom tool (10) is slidably moved to a side position of a resin mold position. Take-out of a molding, cleaning of the surface of mold, throw-in of resin tablets and setting of the insert part are performed by an unloading mechanism portion (C) and an inloader mechanism portion (D) at this side position. The bottom tool (10) returns to the resin mold position again, whereby the succeeding resin mold is performed. Take-out of the molding, setting of the insert part and the like are facilitated and a cycle time of the molding operation can be shortened by slidably moving the bottom tool (10).</p> |
