<p>Metal casing structures for windows, doors frames and the like which employ a cured polyurethane thermal break (16) produced from a liquid curable formulation catalyzed by a tertiary amine, especially a diazobicyclic compound, between respective interior and exterior facing segments (12, 14) of the casing (10) have much greater resistance to debonding of the break on thermal cycling than do casings manufactured using prior art formulations catalyzed with metal compounds.</p> |
