Clip comprising a flat support clip (3), a first flat jaw (4) articulated to an extremity of the support part (3) so as to be folded back in a flat rest position against the latter and to be brought to an active position less than 90 DEG to the rest position, a support in the rest position, and a second flat jaw (15) slidingly mounted on the support part (3) so as to be locked between said first extremity and the second extremity and to be folded back flat against the support part (3) at said second extremity. A sheet-holder (2) may be adapted to the clip so as to be folded back flat on both jaws (4, 5).
