<p>An electrical connector (1), particularly for connecting a spark plug (2) of an engine (3) to a distributor (4), and comprising a cable (5) consisting of a tubular conductive element (6) and a pure silicon insulating sheath (7) co-extruded with the tubular element (6). The tubular element (6) is made of a composite material consisting of a matrix (8) of flexible, electrically insulating material, and particles (9) of electrically conductive material dispersed in substantially uniform, random manner inside the matrix (8). The connector (1) also comprises two pin connectors (10, 11) on the spark plug (2) and distributor (4) respectively, which are inserted into respective end portions (13) of the tubular element (6). <IMAGE></p> |
