<p>PURPOSE:To produce a dicarbonic acid dialkyl ester under mild conditions in a yield of >=80% based on an alkyl carbonate alkali metal salt used as a raw material. CONSTITUTION:An alkyl carbonate alkali metal salt is made to react with an aromatic sulfonyl halide in an organic solvent to produce a dicarbonic acid dialkyl ester. The reaction is carried out by keeping the gaseous phase in pressurized state (e.g. 0.1-40kg/cm<2>.G) with carbon dioxide gas.</p> |
