The apparatus consists of a reel disk gear (107) which is mounted on the deckup shaft (106), a clutch gear (110) which is engaged with the reel disk gear (107) and is fastened onto the clutch shaft fixed to the base plate (108), a transferring medium which transfers rotating power of the clutch gear (110) and a clawed gear (111) whose claws prevent the reel disk gear from rotating in a particular direction with the rotating power transferred.
