The pad cleaner for a semiconductor device marking apparatus includes: a pair of clamps as means of detaching/attaching rolled adhesive tape; a guide member for guiding the adhesive tape wound around the clamps; a bracket on which the clamps are installed; and a conveyor for periodically reciprocating the bracket, thereby increasing the life of transfer pad and marking apparatus as well as working efficiency.
