PURPOSE:To provide a highly reliable and compact connection structure by forming a part which has nothing to do with the connection at the end part of the connection part of a body to be connected. CONSTITUTION:In a connection structure of a flexible wiring substrate, the flexible wiring substrate 1 is connected with a body 2 to be connected through a connection material 3. A highly reliable and compact connection structure is provided by forming a part which has nothing to do with the connection at the end part of the connection part of the flexible wiring substrate 1 and the connection part of the body to be connected.
