<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a temperature rise caused by the heat generation of an active matrix type liquid crystal display device. CONSTITUTION:An active matrix substrate 2 and a counter substrate 3 are arranged to be faced through a specified gap, and a liquid crystal layer is held in the gap. A driving circuit part is formed in addition to a display part in the substrate 2, thereby attaining monolithic structure. The display part includes a display unit arranged in a matrix state or a picture element. Meanwhile, the driving circuit part includes a TFT 5 having high current driving ability and becomes a strong heat generation source. A thermal conduction member 6 is provided to surround the TFT 5 and connected to a heat radiation pad 7.</p> |
