PURPOSE:To increase the printing speed with unvaried high quality of recording irrespective of the response characteristic of a heating element by touching and separating the thermosensitive recording paper with and from a printing member heated at a fixed temperature required for printing. CONSTITUTION:The printing part 1a of a wire 1 is heated preliminarily at the fixed temperature by electrifying a heating coil 4 and then, a switch 31 being turned on, a coil 9 is electrified, thereby an armature 10 being drawn to a plunger 8 by a magnetic force and a wire cap 2 being pushed in the direction of an arrow A. Then, the wire 1 moving also in the direction of the arrow A, the printing part 1a of the wire 1 touches the thermosensitive recording paper 6 and develops the color of the part of the paper 6 it touches. After that, the feed to the coil 9 being stopped by turning the switch 31 off, the wire 1 is returned back by the force of a spring 5, thus the printing being ended. |
