Compounds of the general formula <CHEM> (X = -CO-, -COO-, -CONH-, -CON(CH3)-, -CH2NH-, -CH2N(CH3)-, -CH2NHCO-, -CH2N(CH3)CO-, -CH2O-, -CH2S-, -CH2SO-, or -CH2SO2-, n=1 to 4, B = a complex amine) and their enantiomers, diastereoisomers, N-oxides and pharmaceutically acceptable salts are useful as long lasting antispasmodic drugs, particularly for the treatment of disturbances of the lower urinary tract. |
