PURPOSE:To eliminate a state wherein an image is not viewed because of mask data by not storing a composite image of image data and the mask data in a display memory, but moving the image outward on the basis of a segment of the mask data as a border (or a part which is the border image offset M of the segment outside as the border) although the segment is drawn in a mask memory. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with the image memory 2 for storing the image data, the display memory 4 for storing an image after mask processing, and a mask display processing part 6 which moves the image outside the segment having the start point coordinates and end point coordinates of an indicated mask outward and stores the resulting image in the display memory 4; and the image data stored in the display memory 4 are displayed to eliminate the state wherein the image is not seen behind the segment constituting the mask data. |
