PURPOSE:To provide a small-sized inexpensive spread spectrum communication equipment in which no out of synchronism takes place without using a highly accurate VCO and a synchronization tracing means. CONSTITUTION:The reception side of the communication equipment is provided with an oscillator generating a clock signal whose frequency is different from that of a transmission carrier and whose amplitude is smaller than an inverse spread output amplitude at spread code synchronization and larger than an inverse output amplitude in the out of synchronism state and an addition amplifier 7 adding the output and the inverse spread output and amplifying the sum with saturation, the output is given to a spread code generator 5 as an input clock from which an inverse code is generated, synchronization acquisition by sliding correlation is implemented based on the demodulation carrier in the case of code asynchronization and the spread code is generated based on the demodulation carrier on the synchronization. |
