PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive program debugging method for the microcomputer controller using a ROM in the memory bank system. CONSTITUTION:A NOT circuit 1 is inserted between the write signal terminal of an MPU of the microcomputer controller and the output enable terminal of the ROM, and an emulator is inserted instead of the MPU, and GND and CE of a case having the same terminal array as the ROM and OE and CS of a RAM 3 in the memory bank system are connected, and OE of the case and WE of the RAM 3 are connected with a NOT circuit 2 between them, and terminals of the other functions of the case are connected to terminals having the same functions of the RAM 3 to generate a dummy ROM 4, and a program is stored in the RAM 3 of the dummy ROM 4, and it is inserted instead of the ROM, and a keyboard 20-2 of the emulator is used to read and operate the program step by step, thus debugging the program. |
