The tensile stress device (37,38) is composed of two deflection rollers (41,64) which have diameters of the same size, are rotationally connected to one another by a drive (40), are constructed in order to repeatedly wrap the power wire (2) or supporting cable (3), are spaced from one another in the longitudinal direction of the machine and are assigned a hydraulic rotational drive (45). <IMAGE> |
