<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the remote controller not requiring a transmitter. CONSTITUTION:A motion vector is detected by a motion vector detection circuit 20 from a moving picture picked up by a moving picture input camera 10 and fed to a pattern matching circuit 40. A vector pattern from a motion vector pattern memory 30 in which plural motion vector patterns are stored in advance is also fed to the motion vector pattern matching circuit 40. To which pattern the inputted motion vector is similar is calculated and a pattern representing a minimum distance is selected for the discrimination, and the result of the discrimination by the pattern matching circuit 40 is outputted from an output terminal 100 as a control code corresponding to the selected pattern.</p> |
