The installation is used in heating or thermal power plants firing natural gas. It increases the efficiency when transforming the combustion wastes from the burning natural gas into by-products. The installation includes a boiler (1) and gas duct (13) connected to the furnace chamber of the boiler (1) via a detander (22) connected to the turbine-generator (17) and flue gas duct containing a condenser (5), dryer (7) and crystalliser (11) with a collecting tank (12). In the flue gas duct, before the condenser, (5) is located the first economiser (4) and between the dryer (7) and the crystalliser (11) is mounted the reactor (8) with a tank (9). To the first economiser (4) is connected a duct including turbine-generator (17), a second economiser (18), a second condenser (19) and a pump (20). On the shared common shaft of the turbine-generator (17) are mounted the compressor (21) and the detander (22), connected on their part to the second condenser (19).
