PURPOSE:To reduce loss generated at a connection part by enabling precise alignment of a plastic fiber and a single optoelectric transducer CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 131 is formed on the outer periphery of a tip of a plug 13 retaining a plastic fiber 14, and a protruding part 113b is formed on the surface of a single optoelectric transducer 11 which is involved in a receptacle. When the plug 13 is fitted into the receptacle, the protruding part 113b is engaged with the recessed part 131. |
