摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an iron-base magnetic composite material having high magnetic flux density and high-frequency characteristics by mainly comprising iron and arranging a reaction-preventive layer composed mainly of iron or iron alloy between a metallic magnetic alloy and oxide magnetic ferrite. CONSTITUTION:In a composite magnetic material composed of a metallic magnetic alloy 1 and oxide magnetic ferrite 3, the metallic magnet alloy 1 is manufactured by an alloy magnetic material containing iron as a main body. Iron or alloys containing iron as the main body are disposed between the metallic magnet alloys 1 and the oxide magnetic ferrite 3 as reaction preventive layers 2. Consequently, the chemical reaction of the metallic magnetic alloy and oxide magnetic ferrite can be inhibited, and the composite material simultaneously having the high magnetic flux density of the metallic magnetic alloy and the high-frequency characteristics of oxide magnetic ferrite can be synthesized. Accordingly, the composite magnetic material has high saturation magnetic flux density enabling short wavelength recording sufficient for a high coercive force magnetic recording medium and electric resistance. The same characteristics for improving conversion efficiency per volume can be displayed even regarding a switching power supply transformer core.
