Determining maximum permissible load of coal dust crusher operated with moist lignite - measuring temp. of dust and carrier gas mixture after separator and between crusher and separator

The method involves measuring (7) the temp. of the coal dust and carrier gas mixture after the separator (3) output. The temp. is also measured (8) of a dust-free coal dust and carrier gas particle mixture between the crusher and separator output. The difference between the two measured temp. values is formed and displayed. The difference can also be used to control the delivery of fuel. ADVANTAGE - The method enables the crusher to be operated with the maximum permissible load, for which a representative signal is produced.
