<p>The present invention relates to an arrangement in a cable, especially a fire resistant cable structure (1C), and according to the invention it is suggested that on the outside of a conventional cable, especially a fire resistant cable (1C), there is provided an outer filler sheath (9) of fire resistant material, especially a plastic/ceramic material. Outside the outer sheath (9) of plastic/ceramic material there is provided a temperature resistant layer (10), for example an open or closed glass fibre cloth, possibly a braided glass fiber band with appropriate overlapping, possibly a metal layer.</p> |
