<p>PURPOSE:To provide a water based recording ink which gives a printed image excellent in density, light resistance, water resistance, abrasion resistance, and tough, does not cause the clogging of a minute jet nozzle, dries quickly within 30sec in completely solid printing, does not suffer the aggregation or sedimentation of colorant particles, a change in ink property, or the precipitation of any solid during long-term storage at a high or low temp., and retains intact dispersion stability and storage stability even when a solvent or other ingredient is added thereto later. CONSTITUTION:The ink comprises at least water, a colorant which is a pigment and/or carbon black, and a water-soluble resin, the amount of the resin dissolved in the ink being 2-10wt.%. The resin comprises at least one water-soluble resin having a solubility in water (at 20 deg.C) of 15% or higher.</p> |
