PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of the after treatment in the piping without generation of the cutting scum by cutting the tube with a laser cutter in the state filling the inert gas having the positive pressure inside the piping. CONSTITUTION:An end of the piping 1 is shielded with a blind plug 2, an inert gas of the helium gas or the argon gas, etc., is supplied inside the piping 1 from the other end and it is made to be positive pressure against the outside. The piping 1 is fixed freely rotatable with a same center supporting unit 3 of the piping 1, and the whole circumference is cut by melting with a laser cutter 4. When the cutting is executed with this method, the inside burr is not generated and the oxide film is prevented from being generating because the cutting part is treated in an inert gas environment. The minute particle or the chemical compound produced with the evaporated metal or the suspended matter in the atmosphere, etc., are prevented from mixing inside the piping with the stream of the inert gas of the positive pressure flowing out from the cutting part of the piping during cutting. |
