PURPOSE:To obtain an improved silk fiber structure in which polyolefinic fiber is dissolved and removed from different fiber contaminating a silk spinning raw material and other significantly contaminating fibers are dyed to the same color as that of the silk with a reactive dye, etc., without any white streaky impurity. CONSTITUTION:Other different fibers which significantly contaminate a silk spinning raw material among polyolefinic fiber and the other different fibers contaminating the silk spinning raw material in a state of a silk fiber structure such as silk spun yarn or a silk spun woven, knitted fabric, etc., is wholly dyed to the same color as that of the silk fiber with a reactive or a direct dye and an organic solvent (e.g. tetrachloroethylene) at >=80 deg.C is subsequently poured or jetted in the form of spots on the part of the polyolefinic fiber remaining in an undyed white streaky state. The fiber structure is then dried to afford the objective silk fiber structure improved in quality in which the polyolefinic fiber is dissolved and removed to an extent unconfirmable not only by the naked eye but also with a microscope. |
