<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently remove nitrogen and phosphorus being the factor of eutrophication by precipitating activated sludge in a batch reaction tank after aerating treatment and supplying the excess part of the activated sludge to a sludge concentrator by a sludge supply pump and providing a means for adding a polymer flocculant drawn by a liquid chemical pump thereto. CONSTITUTION:An equipment main body is constituted of a flow rate regulation tank T3 for regulating inflow of sewage, a batch reaction tank T4 for treating sewage in a batch type, a disinfection tank T6 for disinfecting and treating supernatant liquid and a sludge storage tank T5 for storing the excess part of activated sludge. In this case, a sludge concentrator S of excess sludge is incorporated in the upper part of the sludge storage tank T5. A liquid chemical chamber R4 storing a polymer flocculant is comparted in one part thereof and also liquid chemical pumps P6, P9 drawing the polymer flocculant are connected to a sludge supply pump P3. Further a dehydration cylinder is provided in the inside of the casing of the sludge concentrator S. A screw conveyor is passed through the inside thereof. Separated liquid is returned to the flow rate regulation tank T3 and also sludge cake is stored in the sludge storage tank T5.</p> |
