PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of heat transfer by providing a cold heat storage body comprising a tube and a supporting rod, said tube containing water and a weight and said supporting rod attached to said tube in a manner that the bottom part of the tube is positioned a little away from the bottom of the supporting rod and near to its middle. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of supporting rods 113, each of which is attached to a tube 112 containing water 111 and a weight 114, are bound within a frame 118 with the bottom of each of the supporting rods 113 under the bottom of the tube 112 so that a bundle of cold heat storage bodies 120 are capable of standing by themselves with the supporting rods 113 as leg. Therefore, the bundle of cold heat storage bodies 120 can be placed at any position in a heat storage tank when no antifreeze liquid is in use in the heat storage tank. After the heat storage tank has been filled with an antifreeze liquid, the frame 118 is set at a lower position than the level of the antifreeze liquid; the frame 118 then serves as a spacer between the cold heat storage bodies 119 which are used in a plurality, allowing the antifreeze liquid to flow vertically along the frame 118 and hence circulate smoothly. |
