<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate measurement of a regular reflectance and a transmittance at the same position, by a light of the same magnitude and without replacing a measuring device for the whole surface of a sample to be measured, irrespective of the dimensions of the sample. CONSTITUTION:A monochromatic light coming out of a spectroscope 1 is reflected by a reflector 2, transmitted through a sample 6 to be measured, and reflected by reflectors 3, 7 and 8 and reaches a detector 5, by which a transmittance is measured. In the case when the sample to be measured is large, a distance between the reflector 3 and the reflector 7 is increased so as to cope with it.</p> |
