<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic part for which a reliable appearance inspection can be performed in a stabilized manner by a method wherein a light for appearance inspection is diffusively reflected, and the reflection output to a light- receiving element is increased. CONSTITUTION:A light diffusion-reflection part is formed on the inner surface of a light-transmitting protective film 6 by arranging a component which diffusively reflects the light coming from silicon powder and the like. When a laser beam is made to irradiate, it is diffusively reflected by a light diffusion-reflection part 5, and a number of reflection lights can be made incident on a light- receiving element.</p> |
