PURPOSE:To make it possible to forecast the quantity and unit price of a meat product and to forecast its profit at the time of buying material meat by providing this profit managing device with a selling information storing means for storing a history file. CONSTITUTION:A buying information input means 2 inputs 4 material meat name a period, the unit price of the material meat, and the quantity of the material meat which are generated from an I/O device l at the time of buying the material meat and stores the inputted contents in a history information file 7 by the format of a material meat table 11. The material meat name 12, the month 13, the unit price, the quantity 15, etc., are set up in the table 11 stored in the file 7. A profit forecasting means 4 calculates the profit of each material meat based upon a forecasting value transferred from a quantity unit forecasting means 3 and the buying information of the month inputted from a buying information file 6 and outputs the meat product name of a meat product corresponding to the material meat, the quantity of the meat product, and the unit price and profit of the meat product to the device 1. |
