PURPOSE:To reduce the variation in the degree of coupling depending on the length of a feeder live with an over by providing an anode with plural hollow resonators formed, a cathode situated at the center of the anode, and parallel feeders separately to at least two resonators. CONSTITUTION:A copper cylindrical block is formed on the periphery of a cathode 10 situated at the center, and on its inner wall; an anode 11 having radially and projectively provided plural anodic pieces 14 having plural hollow resonators between said anodic pieces is formed, at both ends of which conical pole pieces having holes at their centers are provided. Then, the separate parallel feeders 13 and 13' are inserted into at least two resonators of the plural resonators, and the end of the feeder 13' is thrust into the pole piece 12'. Also, the upper part of the pole piece is covered with the metal ring 15 and the insulator 16 to seal the inside of the anode airtightly. The tips of the feeders 13 and 13' are drawn out and fitted with the auxiliary antennas 17 and 17'. Thus, the variation in the degree of coupling with oven can be reduced. |
