PURPOSE:To obtain the sheet material processing device which reduces the consumption of a processing liquid, decreases the number of parts and improves a maintenance characteristic without impairing the processing performance. CONSTITUTION:A blade 60 is disposed in contact with the surface of a PS plate 12 on the upstream side of a spray pipe 56 and dropped washing water is diffused to both ends in the transverse direction of the PS plate 12, by that, a liquid film is formed. This washing water falls onto a receiving tray 62. The washing water stored on a receiving tray 62 is carried up by a transporting roller 52 on the lower side and washes the rear surface of the PS plate 12. A notch 70 is formed in the central part in the longitudinal direction of a vertical wall part 62A on the upstream side of the receiving tray 62 to allow the washing water stagnating near the central part where the degree of fatigue is high to flow out first. Then, the relatively fresh washing water (the washing water processing only the surface of the PS plate 12) can be made to stagnate for a long time. A cleaning member 72 is placed in the bottom part of the receiving tray 62 and the surface of the transporting roller 52 in the lower side can be wiped during the processing. |
