For example, grains consisting of the gel inner layers G1 and G2 covered with the gel coating film G3, grains consisting of the sol inner layer S covered with the gel coating film G, and grains consisting of the sol inner layer S covered with the gel coating film G1 and G2, etc. are formed. Pectin, gelatin, agar-agar, gluten, etc. may be preferably cited as the ingredient of the inner layer: Guar gum, cesein, pectin, sodium cellulose glycolate, etc., as the ingredient of the coating film. |
