An outlet pipe (2) has an inserted immersion pipe (3) which separates outflowing water from the rising compressed air by cone shaped filter rings (S). Alternatively, the water can be separated from the compressed air by a centrifuge effect resulting from a tangential inflow into the outlet pipe. In both cases the rising compressed air is forced by an electrically driven pump (O) through the pipes (16 17) back into the counter pressure flow turbine (T). ADVANTAGE - The turbine has a simple and robust construction with few parts and a low total weight.
