<p>The granulate material, from waste water, is formed into granules from acculated absorbent material in fibre or powder to contain a fluid, held together by an adhesive bonding agent. The fluid component is manure, sludge, milk, blood or liquid pulp from the starch industry. The absorbent material can be sheep wool, ground and otherwise reduced, textile of jute and/or cotton fibres, sawdust, cattle waste, coniferous needles, finely chopped straw or hay, chopped fruit stones or shells, bran grains, chaff, starch, chopped fruit or grape stems, spent hops, oil cakes, ground used paper and/or paper dust. It can also be ashes, especially biomass ashes or wood ask, or inorganic waste matter such as clay, bentonite waste, lava dust or lime, together with commerical fertilisers. The adhesive is a bio-adhesive based on cornmeal, cottage cheese and/or resin. USE/ADVANTAGE - The material is for the delivery of fertiliser and other waste, without discharging nitrates into the ground water or releasing unpleasant smells.
