This is about the control circuit of battery charge, specially about one which includes a battery discharging device removing memory effect by means of complete charge and complete discharge to achieve the effect of short charge time by the control of battery charge quantity. This comprises a power supply section (1) supplying DC, a charge control section (2) and timer to control charge by timer and charge current of power supply (1) as V1 and V2 at each terminal of resistor R1.
