PURPOSE:To obtain an abnormality diagnosing apparatus for an electric apparatus containing per fluorocarbon such as a transformer. CONSTITUTION:An abnormality diagnosing apparatus for an electric apparatus containing perfluorocarbon has a gas sampling means, which samples the gas in the perfluorocarbon in the electric apparatus containing the perfluorocarbon, a gas separating means, which separates the sampled gases for components, and a detecting means, which detects the concentrations of the component gases of at least C2F4, C3F6 and CO among the separated gases. A diagnosing means, which can diagnose the presence or absence of the generation of abnormality in the electric apparatus and the kind and the scale of the abnormality based on the ratio of the components, is provided. |
