<p>PURPOSE:To enable the mass-production of the dimer or monomer of human cathepsin E by using a genetic engineering method. CONSTITUTION:A vector containing a promoter and a cDNA coding human cathepsin E is constructed, a proper host is transformed with the vector and the transformant is cultured to achieve the above object.</p> |
