PURPOSE:To improve smoothness, beauty and durability by kneading blast furnace water granulated slag powder, 1 kinds of compds. selected from alkali phosphate, etc., aggregate, etc., then molding, drying and calcining the mixture. CONSTITUTION:The blast furnace water granulated slag byproduced at the time of pig iron production is pulverized to obtain the blast furnace water granulated slag powder (A) having 2000 to 15000cm<2>/g specific surface area. One or more kinds of the compds. (B) are then obtd. by selection from the alkali phosphate, such as sodium tripolyphosphate, alkali silicate, such as sodium silicate, alkali metal hydroxide, such as NaOH and alkaline earth metal oxide, such as MgO2. A reaction cured body (C) is obtd. by kneading 100 pts.wt. component A, 0.1 to 100 pts.wt. component B, the aggregate, such as artificial lightweight aggregate, and water, molding the mixture and steam aging the molding for 3 to 48 hours at 30 to 100 deg.C, then drying the moiding for 0.5 to 4 hours at 80 to 300 deg.C. After the component C is glazed, the component is calcined for 5 to 60 minutes at 650 to 1000 deg.C, by which the enamel concrete is produced. |
