PURPOSE:To produce a yeast essence containing glutathione in a high concentration by mechanically destroying cell wall of yeast. CONSTITUTION:Cell wall of yeast is mechanically ground by a wet grinder using medium balls and components in the yeast are extracted to give the objective yeast essence. |
