PURPOSE:To provide an idle rotation control device having a servo-mechanism at a low price. CONSTITUTION:An idle rotation control device is composed in such a way as a valve 2 provided in a diaphragm mechanism 1 is assembled in the final assembly process of the diaphragm mechanism. Thus, since the valve 2 is not fixed to the diaphragm mechanism 1 by outsert forming, a time required for forming the valve can be sharply shortened. |
