PURPOSE:To simply and safely fill a solid/liquid heat accumulating material in a heat accumulation tank by filling substance of a solid material and aqueous solution of substance which is liquid in a heat accumulating temperature range and solid in the other temperature range in heat accumulating layers, respectively and heating them to evaporate moisture in the solution. CONSTITUTION:A heat accumulating tank 1 is formed in a hollow cubic body of a casing 3. An outer periphery of the casing 3 is covered with a heat insulator 5, and a heating source 7 is provided therein. Further, a solid/liquid heat accumulating material 9 is filled in the casing 3, and passed through a heat transfer tube 11. In this case, in order to fill the material 9 in the tank 1, the first substance made of a solid material and aqueous solution of second substance which is liquid in a heat accumulating temperature range and solid in the other temperature range are filled in heat accumulating layers 1. Then, the first substance and the aqueous solution of the second substance are heated by a heating source 7, and moisture in the solution is evaporated. Thus, the material made of the first and second substances is filled in the tank 1. |
