PURPOSE:To provide a holding device for a conical ceramics structure by which a hollow conical ceramics structure can be correctly positioned by simple operation in a short time and concentrically held at grinding it. CONSTITUTION:The inner circumferential part of a holding jig 11 is formed into similar figures to the outer circumferential part of a ceramics structure 10, and a plurality of O-rings 15, 16 are provided on the base part 12 side and the extreme end part 14 side of the inner circumferential part so as to closely contact with the ceramics structure 10. The ceramics structure 10 is held, by inserting the ceramics structure 10 into the inner circumferential part of the holding jig 11, and evacuating air from the space between the O-rings 15, 16 through an evacuating hole 21. |
